So many people love my grandmother cosplay, I am even envy xDDD Also many of you asks why Sophie doesn't have Howl. Ok, she have. Ahaha, originally I made both costumes all by myself, and only in 1 week. The hardest part was Howl's coat (or how can I call this thing?), when I sewed together all that rhombs, I thought my head will explode X_X I am not a seamstress and don’t visit manual training at school (I’ve draw and write for school newspaper, lol), so I really hate to sew costumes. But I think that the only way to have costume that have good quality and look a proper way – it is made it by yourself… Ok. Main part of this picture, that I am a cosplayer here, not a photographer xD
Anna Vasilyevna (she is my grandmother!) as Sophie Hatter Me as Howl Photographer – run.
Yesterday I saw this wonderful movie once again. So I searched for "Howl's Moving Castle" Cosplayers. I found this photo and I was bowled over! It's amazing! You are a great Howl Cosplayer because you have this soft visage and the sunlight shines perfectly at your pretty face. But concurrently your eyes look very strong and determined. Your posture is very cool and casual like Howl. Your costume is adorable particulary the fabric which you used. The blouse is incredible! The coat look very professional - inside and outside. It is very good that you were anxious to use all details: the ring, the necklace and the lace on the blouse. I can't see whether you have the earrings but I think yes. Your grandmother is a great old Sophie. You did her costume good, too. I like she as Sophie because of her face, the little smile and the eyes which look to a farwaway place. She look confident. Another pont is: I love the hair of your grandmother! Beautiful. I am very jealous that you have such a great grandma.
It is a great photo and you are great Cosplayers with wonderful costumes! I am in love with this picture! Well done! Waiting for new photos.
i love that your grandmother totally like did this with you xD you are really cosplayer and this picture is surely amazing! i love how the angle of the sun is how it shines on yours and the old ladys face. :3 and your outfits totally are amazing. i would never be able to do that like you have. you should be on a anime/manga/movie article or something for this amazin picture.
